Well, those are two different points..
I am wondering what to do.. as to install apf and other updates for securing the server, upgrading mysql and php, or to handle these after the plesk install..

Any more views ?

Hi, I have a clean server that I need to prepare and make sure that everything works. I will also install plesk 9.5... my question is, what is the best way on starting ? 1) first configure the whole server, then install plesk with atomic ? 2) do yum update psa* and after this handle all other items....
