I think you have to change that part as well since the package xorg-x11-devel was changed to many single packages which will also lead to other dependencies. see this post: http://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=7890&forum=37 Maybe Scott can clarify if thats the best way to go.
