Re: psa-proftpd art hangs on uploads at 100%
Nope, no dice, still breaks. Here's the only way I have found to make it work when it goes out. rpm -e --nodeps psa-proftpd; rpm -e --nodeps psa-proftpd-xinetd;yum -y install psa-proftpd Kicks this error on install: ** Found 1 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), 'yum check' output follows: plesk-core-11....

Re: psa-proftpd art hangs on uploads at 100%
I may have fixed it by entirely removing then reinstalling psa-proftpd from ART. yum reinstall did not fix, but removal and reinstall *so far* has been good.

rebuild tortix db?
Hello, On my test server installation of ASL, the tortix DB has managed to spawn a 15gb ibdata1 file, which I want to get rid of. The procedure appears to be exporting the existing databases, deleting them, deleting the ibdata1 file, then reimporting the databases. Unfortunately the tortix database ...

psa-proftpd art hangs on uploads at 100%
Hello, I've been struggling with an issue with psa-proftpd art version where uploads, small and large will upload to 100% and then "fail". This has been seen with FileZilla clients on Windows, with some Mac FTP, and most recently with RapidWeaver. I've even just used unix FTP from another ...

Re: before using the qmail-scanner ?
This server that I've been having on-and-off crashing battles with for months... now that qmail-scanner is off of it, life has gotten much better. I offloaded most email services elsewhere, and just use this for outgoing email lists that are tied in directly to the website software.

Re: before using the qmail-scanner ?
I can relate to the OP's frustration. qmail-scanner + clamd + spamassassin is simply to heavy to run in a shared hosting environment. If I understand correctly, ASL recommends running email on a separate server from web services for this reason. The biggest frustration for me is that clamd + spamass...

Re: MSN/Hotmail blacklist
I dealt with that a few years ago. They were fairly easy to phone up and talk to. The process we needed to go through was getting on their whitelist, for sending out our double-opt-in subscriber list. The whole subnet is a bit aggressive!

Re: Problem with ASL lite
Something seems to have other ideas about resolv.conf
; generated by /sbin/dhclient-script
Removed my setting.
Changed again, and chattr +i the file, hopefully that will keep it from being edited.
