I guess try disabling mysql in the /etc/yum.conf by adding this
exclude=mysql*
Cpanel Servers Already disabled this by default for preventing such conflicts

As you can clearly see from the log output of the yum libessh2-devel requires libssh2
try installting libssh2 first or together
