Disk space total = 220 GB
Plesk reads 45 GB free.
# du -sh = 165 GB
So all the above is basically correct; give or take.
Domains disk usage is being read correctly by Plesk; approx = 40 GB
Somewhere there is over 100 GB being used that I cannot account for.
How do I find what is using all this disk space?
Please help me with disk usage problem.

I really like ncdu, because it provides a text interface where you can drill down whatever directory you pointed ncdu to. Running 'ncdu /' will give you a complete tree of your server to browse through, though it might take a while to index everything (but so does running plain du on your whole server).
A package for ncdu is available in both the Atomic and EPEL repositories.
