Directions for configuring mod_security and using the gotroot rules are provided here:

If I understand your question, the gotroot rules are modsecurity rules.

Re: mix modsecurity rules and gotroot rules
I'm sorry, I have not explained well, I wanted to say:
I want to mix gotroot rules rules (modsecurity rules) and rules of the draft rules of sourceforge (modsecurity rules based in scoring / Collaborative mode).
how do i the mix?:
gotroot rules first and then sourceforge rules?
or first and then gotroot sourceforge rules rules?
or have to modified the file modsecurity_crs_10_config.conf?
