Something gone wrong

Hi

Just installed this on Centos 5.3 64 & Plesk 9.2.1 and having a problem.

I keep getting a message "The page at https://my-IP:8443 says: There was a problem with the request."

This keeps popping on even if I am on another tab.

Also I don't understand the login / register thing in the support tab. It doesn't recognise my ASL User name.

Please help!

The support portal uses a different login so that account holders can have multiple support personnel login and open different cases/bugs. You simply need to click on "New User" and the support team will issue you your portal credentials.
