It's not the rule causing the error - but by the rule being created, you can edit it not to alert you/log it.

If you disable the rule, it will come through the standard "unknown" rule (Which is why I got 17501 created, so i could just hide the logs).

If you find out what the issue with postalias (permissions? ownership?) is let me know, I'll update the SH action.

Its something a bit more complex than permissions and Parallels know about it (and are apparently working on it).

Ah, interesting data point there about its exit codes (not self-healable). I think we're dealing with layers of issues here, earlier in the thread there is a comment about permissions on chck-quota as well (thats self-healable). What do yours look like?

Yeah, that was my first thought - if permissions were at the cause of it, but apparently not.
Emails do work fine, and most people probably don't notice the error - just that ASL brings it to your attention.

I think, now, the solution has to come from Parallels... whenever they get round to it!

How about /usr/local/psa/handlers/hooks/check-quota?

Nothing yet from parallels, I'd suggest you post on their forum page also (link a few posts back) to try to spark them on again.

Yup MU#27 seems to have fixed that issue... Let's see what breaks next
