enterprise/control/agent.php 403 error

When Trying to use the Plesk 10 API via WHMCS I am getting the following error in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log
"POST /enterprise/control/agent.php HTTP/1.1" 403 345 "-" "-"
Any ideas?

Well that is what the latest sql injection exploit was going after. Coincidence?

I am not familiar with it. Can you tell me more?
Any suggestions how to determine if I've been hacked?
And if so what to do next?

It turns out this was a setting that Media Temple had changed.
