Just that the behavior of php_admin_value has changed. Provided you're not using that heavily you probably wont have any problems with 5.2.5.

The PHP wiki page is here:
http://www.atomicorp.com/wiki/index.php/PHP

Most of the time updating is just "yum update". I've always felt that if you have to document something that what you're really doing is filling out a bug report and putting it back on the user. :P

Thanks and how do I add eaccelerator and memcache? I'd love to add those. Also any way to add squid or varnish with this? That would complete the set lol.

Scott has eAccelerator in the atomic repository, so just yum install php-eaccelerator and bounce apache.

If you mean Zend Optimizer, then yes, it's available as well. Install php-zend-optimizer and off you go.

To see what Scott has in store in the atomic repository you can browse http://www.atomicorp.com/channels/atomic/ or execute something like yum --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=atomic list.

I'm having that same error with that zzhttpd.conf file thing - but the bloody thing reverts every few days - meaning it needs to be fixed each time or Horde will not work.

Not happy.

1) You should be able to use the Event Manager to automatically apply the regexp every time Plesk rewrites the apache config.
2) You can downgrade to PHP <5.2.5.
3) I hear Plesk 8.3 has been re-released today, which supposedly also fixes this.

Can anyone confirm 5.2.5 for Linux works properly under PSA 8.3? The release notes PDF mentions it, but for Windows only.

Seems like 8.3 is heavy on the Windows releases.

Since this is a bug fix and not a new feature I wouldn't expect it to be mentioned in the What's New PDF. Better take a look at the release notes, but that doesn't tell us more than "17. A lot of bugs were resolved.".

We run the PHP 5 & MYSQL 5 ART packages on our plesk 8.2 server. Are we going to have any issues upgrading to 8.3?

Does anyone have a list of which of the Event Manager events cause /etc/httpd/conf.d/zz010_psa_httpd.conf to be rewritten?
So far I know:
Physical hosting created
Physical hosting deleted
Physical hosting updated
Domain deleted

But I'm sure there are others. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a "whenever websrvmng is run" event.

You could also just upgrade to Plesk 8.3.0.
