MailScanner broke ClamAV on WHM

Customer support forums for Atomic Protector (formerly Atomic Secured Linux). There is no such thing as a bad question here as long as it pertains to using Atomic Protector. MailScanner broke ClamAV on WHM

I need to setup a decent AV solution for emails on a new WHM server so I installed MailScanner, which turned out to be a mistake. It's broken ClamAV that was installed by ASL, I can no longer conduct scans from inside the ASL CP.

Any ideas how I can get it to work without touching ASL's clamav?
