qmail-scanner path error

hello,

since any days i get :

Nov 3 18:44:14 star X-Qmail-Scanner-2.08st: [domain.tld 125727025079015125] cannot create /var/spool/qscan/quarantine//var/spool/qscan/quarantine/spam - No such file or directory

here the path's configured:

QMAILSCANNERHOME="/usr/share/qmail-scanner"
SPOOLDIR="/var/spool/qscan"
SPAMDIR="/var/spool/qscan/quarantine/spam"



any idea?

additional info:

this error i have only when a users ip address is blacklisted (dome dialup ips are always blacklisted) and try to send emails via smtp (with auth)

Change the SPAMDIR= setting in /etc/qmail-scanner.ini
On our RHEL4 box it needs to be set to: SPAMDIR="/spam", the default is SPAMDIR="/var/spool/qscan/quarantine/spam" which gives an incorrect path.

Edit: if you still have a problem, try SPAMDIR="spam" (sans leading slash)

You'll need to run qmail-scanner-reconfigure afterwards.
