Not seeing spamassassin tests in headers.

I'm getting tons of mail from .ru domains and other emails that are marked as spam don't have the tests that failed in them. Is this normal? If not, how do I make sure they are actually running?

Yes, perfectly normal. To get headers you need to make some adjustments that will consume a great deal of processing power and slow things down. I too would like to see those individual scores in the headers but it is not to be under normal circumstances.
