sa-learn and qmail-scanner

Unread post by netweblogic »

Question... does sa-learn and auto-whitelist run by default on qmail-scanner?

If so where is this controlled, and when is it actually run? I see the files in /var/spool/qscan/.spamassassin but I don't see any settings which point there?

Thanks
Marcus

Yes, its an internal spamassassin function, enabled by default. You can consult the spamassassin documentation on how that is manipulated.

Hi scott, thanks. I actually read up on it and these questions are based on what I read... They're quite poorly written though so I'll try again :)

I've been reading up on SA bayes learning and auto-whitelisting and I can't wrap my head around where qs actually configures the settings for it.... e.g. where does it set "bayes_path"?
