Hi,
today I couldn't connect to your services due to my IP 84.62.73.215.
It's not my office IP. It's a dynamic IP from my ISP at home.
Why was it blocked? I don't want that to happen to my customers trying to reach
my server where the customers sites run on.
Thanks

The protected files rule misfired, it looks like you were searching for /etc/ in the "hilit" field and it tripped. The rules have been updated to not allow this to occur and an update is available. So if your users are not normally searching your sites for /etc/ in a non-standard field (lots of fields allow it, like search, body, msg, note, etc.) This is a fairly rare case, but nevertheless a pretty broad fix is available just in case.

Thanks a lot and great that you fixed it so quickly. You are right, it is a rare case.
