Indeed, it is working. BruceLee was advising offline (so I could show him the actual links) and in the evening sent me a screen capture which had the menus.
But with my computer, refreshing the page still showed a website without the menus. Only clearing the browsing history worked to allow us to see the menus.
Therefore, I am not sure what of the actions we took yesterday sorted it out! That is a shame, but THANK YOU to all for the advice which got this working for us again.
