Hello,
I apologize if this is the wrong place for this but there seems to be NO way to contact anyone from ASL subscriptions.
I have a lite subscription for ModSec which is paid monthly via PayPal. Recently a credit card changed and the subscription has been failing. I'm working with PayPal to re-enable.
The questions are: How long will the subscription keep trying to update? and if the automated subscription does stop, how do I contact anyone to renew?
Thanks
ASL Lite Subscription & Paypal

Have you tried emailing support@atomicorp.com as described on their support page?

Re: ASL Lite Subscription & Paypal
5 days is the current period paypal will try again, its all handled by them and we have no control over paypals credit card system, its all controlled by the customer in paypal. The questions are: How long will the subscription keep trying to update?
So, with that said, theres a few options:
1) Update your credit card in paypal, in which case things will happen automatically if you are within paypals "retry window". Paypal will try again, and if the CC is valid the purchase goes thru and our License Manager is updated.
2) If you missed paypals window, then just add a new license in the license manager (as the old one will have expired):

You can either add a license yourself via the license manager at the URL below:and if the automated subscription does stop, how do I contact anyone to renew?

Or, contact support at support@atomicorp.com, as described on our website at the Atomic Modsecurity Rules Support URL below:

The simplest and easiest way to get support is to send an email to: support@atomicorp.com
Support Portal - Use the portal to open a new case, to report a bug or to search the documentation and knowledge base.
License Management Portal- use this to control your licenses.
