yum update psa failed!! 7.1.4 -> 7.1.6

Aaiigh. Trying to update my PSA 7.1.4 to 7.1.6 using "yum update psa" gave me an error when it got around to restarting the MySql server. Then it aborted. but it continued doing things... Now psa is COMPLETELY unusable. Can't start. I'm on a 3ES install.

quick update... running the autoinstaller. hoping this will rebuild my psa.

keeping my fingers crossed. would love to hear thoughts on whether this will help.

any help is appreciated.

The PSA rpm is very reinstall unfriendly (which breaks all the RPM rules btw). Unfortunately its kind of a one shot affair. Fixing things when this happens can be a very ugly process.
