I had the same problem...

To fix it, I removed qmail-scanner first...

Performed the upgrade which then succeeded...

Re-installed qmail-scanner

ps. I forgot to backup the qmail-scanner.pl file with my custom config so I had to redo the config. If you've made any changes to the config, don't forget to back it up!

Same goes for the spamassassin config as that's removed by the update. I think the updater does in fact back the config up but I've not checked that yet...

Thats definitely an annoying part of q-s, it really needs to use an external config file for its settings. Ive got some ideas for the next generation anti-spam system that should resolve these issues and bring Project Gamera and the PSA equivelent back together into one package again.

I finally successfully updated to 7.5.2. Yay. Getting spamassassin working again was annoying... it overwrote a whole bunch of my stuff (like /etc/sysconfig/spamassassin ... I'd forgotten about that one!)
