Access to older ART RPMs?

Is there an archive of previous packages available?
I'm looking for php-devel-4.3.10-3.rh90.art.rpm since it wasn't installed with the base php-4.3.10-3.rh90.art packages on my sys.
Is there any way to access this file?
I'd just update to 4.3.11, but there are dependency issues with my source install of CURL.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Scott for providing this software, it is an invaluable resource!
