I'm trying to upload files that are for a support desk system made by kayako, the problem i'm having is that on some files they are triggering the following below. I tried shutting down clamd but they still fail wheater if i upload via ssh or ftp, what do i need to disable so i can get them uploaded?

I see that you opened a case in the support portal for this, but you did send us the file - thats all we need.

I've already updated the ticket, i did get them finally uploaded but i have a issue to resolve with mod_sec for the system to run which you will see in my ticket response.

I just sent you a response in the support portal.
