ASL install script failing

Hello all
Went to install ASL on 2 new Centos 7.2 server this morning and several odd issues
logged in as root and ran wget -q -O - https://updates.atomicorp.com/installers/asl |sh
1) Script now prompts to disable rum repos that may conflict, but when checking the repos.d files, it had not changed enabled from 1 to 0, on the virtualmin file
2) Ran script several time to find out what was wrong as it kept failing on package dependences as repos where not disabled
3) Entered our subscription username and password, and authenticated ok
3) Disabled the yum files manually
re-run the script and now getting the following;
Checking for free space: Done
Checking for memory requirements: PASS
Checking sudo: PASS
Checking for core updates: OK
Performing Basic environment checks: Standard
Error: Username was empty. (Encoding error)
reboot servers to flush memory.
Any ideas as Ideally I need to get sorted today.
Will open a case, but cannot remember if support is 24/7
