Greetings, I am trying to update an older server and ran into a problem while updating from 5.0.95-1.el5_7.1 on Centos 5. The error I am getting is: file /usr/lib64/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.18.0.0 from install of mysql-libs-5.5.46-31.el5.art.x86_64 conflicts with file from package mysqlclient18-5.5.1...

Well, it has reared it's ugly head again. It seems once it hits about 1300 items in the queue it stops processing. And when I try to stop qmail using

# svc-stop qmail

I get the error:

Stopping qmail: .......svc-stop Fatal error: Failed to stop 'qmail'.

Any ideas?

Thanks faris. I saw that but my error said it was line 165 and that thread has it as line 192 so I didn't want to mess with it - my php is limited.

Might it be possible that qmail is being knocked down due to a bad queue? I tailed qmail-send and see entries referring to not being able to open local and remote files - will try again later

You are correct in that this server is a Project Gamera server only. No sites or control panel. The logs look fine, until the stop - then the maillog stops as well. I would think that it's configured correctly since it is scanning for spam, even deleting spam with the proper points assigned. Virus s...

I'm sorry, guess I didn't understand. I have not used ps faux in the past so I have some checking to do, but the maillog looks fine to me. Any ideas of what COULD be causing this behavior?

How much of the maillog file do you need?
