php-5.2.17, php-sqlite2, Centos 5.5, Parallels Sitebuilder 4

Hello, It looks like php 5.2.17 was recently replaced by php 5.4 in Atomic's Centos 5 repos. I'm still using php 5.2.17, I have to support almost 600 customers that are still using Parallels' old Sitebuilder (version 4.5), which needs php-sqlite2 I have a install recipe that works fine, as long I ca...

Re: Can't upgrade PHP in a brand new Centos 5 32 with Plesk 9

Thank you BruceLee. Just removing php-sqlite2 (and sb_publish, as a dependancy) worked fine. The new version of php-sqlite2 is available at http://yum.jardiknas.org/atomic/centos/5/x86_64/RPMS/php-sqlite2-5.2.11-1.el5.art.i386.rpm After all upgrades, you just need to run the Plesk's autoinstaller ag...

php-sqlite2 is not available in the Atomicorp repos:

http://www.atomicorp.com/channels/atomi ... i386/RPMS/

Anyone knows where I can find it for Centos 5 32?

Thank you.

Can't upgrade PHP in a brand new Centos 5 32 with Plesk 9

Hello, I'm having problems to upgrade PHP from 5.1.6 to 5.2.12 in two brand new servers at The Planet. Both are installed with Centos 5 32 bits, Plesk 9 and SiteBuilder (yes, I need SiteBuilder...). I just can't upgrade these servers, I get these messages after running yum update: yum update: Loaded...

Re: Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080528) always hacked

Hello Michael, I'm not aware of this ASL's feature, I'll need to read more about this. I don't allow SSH connections, and I'll check the FTP log to see if they have a match for these files. I don't have the modified files anymore, but I'll send them if I have this problem again. Thank you. Alexandre

Re: Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080528) always hacked

Hello faris,

I agree with you. I have already draw this line, it's the second time this customer have asked me to restore a backup because of this problem.

I'm giving him a few more days to act, but I'm also looking for other ways to mitigate the problem.

Thank you!

Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080528) always hacked

Hello, I'm having problems with one customer's site that is running Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080528). It is always hacked, the PHP files are compromised. Some code is added to the beginning of the files. I'm having problems to convince the customer to upgrade Moodle. Is there a way to "virtual p...

Re: Wordpress suddenly very slow - PHP + MySQL problems?

Hello, I have made some adjustments in MySQL with values suggested by mysqltuner, but it didn't work too. An OPTIMIZE TABLE in every table of the site's database didn't help either. I'm reseting apache every 30 minutes. Without this, this particular site gets all the available connections. I have ma...

Re: How to avoid SA checks in authenticated user's mail

Hello, Nothing out of the ordinary, I have also suggested some modifications in the client's HTML signature, which solved some problems. But I'm having more and more complains about the same issue, so I'm trying to solve it globally. I have argued with some clients saying that the message will be ma...

Re: Wordpress suddenly very slow - PHP + MySQL problems?

Hello,

I have used the tuning-primer.sh a few months ago, I'll try mysqltuner too.

I'm using only eAccelerator v0.9.5.3, but it was already enabled before the problem has started.

Thank you.

Wordpress suddenly very slow - PHP + MySQL problems?

Hello, I have one large site with Wordpress 2.7.1 It suddenly has become very slow. It was working fine, and after last Saturday it has become very slow. The server load didn't change (1 to 3 in average), neither the memory usage, network usage, disk IO and the number of connections. I have checked ...

Re: How to avoid SA checks in authenticated user's mail

Yes, I have made some checks in a few messages. One client, with an aparently simple HTML email signature, have his email marked as Spam every time. But I think it would be easier just not process local email for Spam. Would avoid this problem, and would save some processing. Is there any way to do ...
