It seemed to solve my problem as well as the missing SMTP header issue.

I figured it out actually. How to do this: Just scrap any instructions to do with qmail and tcp server, simply go to your general email settings in PLESK (8x - Server > Mail | 9x - Settings > Mail Settings) and add the IPs you want to be able to send without any authentication.
