Re: SPAM Attack.

Hi Faris,

Thanks for your suggestion, that sounds like a great idea on how to pick up the information they are using.

This is how the queue looks like:

Looks as you got the syntax right, tcpdump runs and starts waiting for packets.

Have a great day.

Mail server problems.

My server is using postfix and the users are getting: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 4.3.0 Error: queue file write error. Please check the message and try again. Either that or timeouts. I am pretty sure there are some screwed /var permissions but I don't know how t...

Re: How could I modify the default httpd.include

That worked. I added a vhost.conf file in the directory /var/www/vhosts/xxx/subdomains/yyy/conf/ With the following content: <Directory /var/www/vhosts/xxx/subdomains/yyy/httpdocs> <IfModule sapi_apache2.c> php_admin_value open_basedir "/var/www/vhosts/xxx/subdomains/comunicacion/httpdocs:/usr/...

How could I modify the default httpd.include

Every time a domain or subdomain is added in Plesk considering that it has PHP activated the stanza has some default values. I need to change the php_admin_value open_basedir "/var/www/vhosts/xxxx/httpsdocs:/tmp" to php_admin_value open_basedir "/var/www/vhosts/xxxx/httpsdocs:/tmp:/us...

Re: HELP! clamd keeps stopping

I have a Centos 5.2 machine and I do have the /usr/src/redhat directory. The package in the link in the other post needs to be built you cannot installed as is. Building is accomplished by the rpmbuild --rebuild clam....rpm That would generate the installable rpm, it is the automatic execution of al...

Re: HELP! clamd keeps stopping

If you have the building tools not necessarily

rpmbuild --rebuild http://www3.atomicorp.com/channels/sour ... rt.src.rpm

and then install from what is left on your

/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/xxx where xxx is your platform.

ie

rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/clamad...
