we already post it as usual PLESK dont send a response hardly (after 3 days) we have rolled it back to 4.0 seems working well for now

Why dont you offer your PSA yum channel for a certain price , including support , such a thing will be great for professional service seekers.

actually i believe the problem is related with dnsmng tool of PLESK rather than MySQL since every otner portion is working like a clockwork

interestingly this error does not occur when adding/deleting users , databases, but when adding / removing a domain , so this problem is not originated from mySQL i think , it is more likely that this is a bug in plesk
