I am confused by this issue but today I received the same error message as above.

Can anyone please help me understand what is going on?

I receive this message from websites hosted on a single server that I believe has been compromised.
From KAV (see attached)

Of course there are no files or code which immediately indicate the cause.
So I suspect it may come from an intruder on the system.

Anyone know what this may indicate?

I only ever install using yum update
But I took the atomic.repo out about 12 months ago.
And only used the asl.repo and the centos.repos
Recently re-added the atomic.repo
