Re: critical security plesk issue
My 8.6 is patched. I'm Mr Linux/Plesk Newb Question Man today. 1. I also running a 9.3, so I guess I have to update to 9.5.4? 2. In theory should I have any problems upgrading if I updated the PHP to 5.2 using the AtomicCorp repo? 3. Is it safer to install the updates one at a time or can I jump str...

Re: Plesk & Postfix
Thank you for the information. I just moved servers within the same provider, seems they neglected to set up the reverse DNS on the default IP. Hopefully the excess of undelivered mail is fixed by this. I'm a one man tech show and it seems lately every week some thing new I know nothing about pops u...

Re: Plesk & Postfix
Reading into some stuff I think the proper thing I am wishing to set is the "Mailserver Greeting" to match my domains mx record. Then they can do a rDNS on the MX record and have it matched.
That would probably be the way to go to improve delivery through ISP spam filters, correct?

I don't mind reading but some answers and pushes in the right direction would be way better  Basically I have a CentOS 5 dedicated server running Plesk 9.3 with multiple IP's, and I want to maximize my mail delivery potential by using Pos...

Re: Enable PHP Modules in Plesk 9.3
Thank you so much for telling me this. I saw that block in my phpinfo as well which had added to the confusion. I can't believe the route I took trying to figure this out, lost 8 hours of my life and got a bad nights sleep hahaha. Along the way I had found a snippet of code to test to see if curl wa...

Enable PHP Modules in Plesk 9.3
Hello I have limited knowledge in linux, and the only time I have compiled PHP was in Windows. I recently got a new dedicated server with Plesk 9.3 installed on CentOS 5. I needed to upgrade the PHP from 5.1 to 5.2 following these instructions and using Yum: http://www.atomicorp.com/wiki/index.php/P...
