I seem to be having a similar problem. I did not install Plesk with ART repos, already have 9.3.0 installed from plesk's repos. Trying to switch over to ART. Can't seem to get yum to respond to the new repos. Here is some background on what I see, let me know if you need more info to answer this... ...
