Yes, Plesk is up to date including all microupdates.
Somewhere I read about this IpV6 thing and proceeded to turn IpV6 on, but got "kernel not compiled for IpV6".

Any idea where to head from here?

Updated directly to PHP 5.2.17 and that solved all dependency issues.
