where should I save the iso file, after the server wass rebooted, comes the install menu, but it says, it can't find the iso file in partitions including /dev/sda2

I met the issue:
I have only one iso and don't know how to modify the loop for searching the iso, and it always downloads the iso and saves it as "*.iso.1" and the process stops and says "Error, can't find the Image"

best is to start with a centos image from 1and1. then you have the grub bootloader allready. the reason why this error shows up is because you did not provide a correct mirrorsite where all necessary files are stored. use a correct mirror site. The script downloads the file to do a local installation afterwards. It needs it to install from something. The script does not know if you have downloaded a file manually before. Let the script do the job is the easiest way. Otherwise you can rewrite the script. But the 4.7 ISO is no more availabl...

Yes, I'm living in Germany. Give it a try, play with the server using serial console and rescue mode from 1and1. Even if you break it totally, just re-setup and go to bed.
