Hello ,
Do you have any plans using Maria DB instead of MySQL. According to my tests on my test server ( with no plesk ) Maria Db performs way faster compared to MySQL. You can gather more details from http://mariadb.org/

I am using 5.3.6 without any issues both with vBulletin 3 and 4 series. For vBulletin 3 series i had to fix couple small problems in vBulletin which are not anything major. vBulletin will still function correct just add lots of entries to your error_log.

Do you have any plans to update Nginx version also as Nginx 1.0.0 stable version is released now. I can compile and install this without a problem but would prefer to use the version on Atomic repo

Both 5.3.4 and 5.3.5 don't include php-fpm right now.
