Nevermind! I managed to solve it :D The command line to rollback a package is: rpm -Uvh --oldpackage /root/psa/PSA_8.0.1/update-rpm-FedoraCore-4-i386/php-mbstring-5.0.4-10.5.i386.rpm Obviously replace the path to your package :D I've now successfully updated my Plesk from 8.0 to 8.2.1! Uninstall an update?

Hi. I've been trying to upgrade my Fedora Core 4 Plesk 8.0 server to the latest Plesk version for the last 4 or so hours...with no success. I've gone through every thread I can find but still no luck. I was ready to give up. As a last resort, I decided rather than trying to update from 8.0 to 8.2.1,...

Fantastic!
I did the install for the backup utilities and it worked fine.
I was a little worried since it needed to update my Plesk version to a later version, but everything's back up and running perfectly.

Now to muster up the courage to upgrade MySQL ;)

Thanks for the help Scott!

Hi Scott. Is there any place where I can get the 7.5.x versions? I don't have them on my server, nor do I have any idea where I'd be able to obtain them. I would ask SWSoft except I'm hosted on a GoDaddy VPS where the license belongs to them so I'm unable to get help. Additionally, GoDaddy are of no...

Noone has any clue?

I guess if I know that the 7.0 versions of psadump and psarestore work 100% on 7.5x, I can figure out the rest myself with trial and error, so if anyone can help with answering that or any of the issues, I would appreciate it immensely.

Thanks,
Jake

Plesk and MySQL

Hi! I'm new to the world of server maintenance and Plesk so I need some hand holding and reassurance :) First of all, I'm using Plesk version psa-7.5.3-fc2.build75050506.13 on a Fedora Core 2 VPS server. I currently have MySQL version mysql-3.23.58-9 installed on my server. I would like to update th...
