I was having the same issue. Explicitly setting the mirror list in /etc/yum.repos.d/atomic.repo seems to have fixed it For example on my CentOS 6 64-bit box, I set mirrorlist as the following: mirrorlist = http://www.atomicorp.com/mirrorlist/atomic/centos-6-x86_64 And then clean up the yum repos yum...
