Rules-only users with stock kernels, be advised that the kernel update for EL 7 was only *just* released.

Re: AV/AS solutions for Plesk, Centos 7 and Postfix
End-users rarely understand what SpamAssassin scores mean. Heck, I wouldn't even want to mess with it. Stick with sane global defaults is my motto. IMHO nowadays the most important aspect of mail filtering is to have your filter learn which messages your end-users believe to be spam and which not. F...

Re: Centos 7 and Apache 2.4 -- is it time?
Might Centos 7 RPMs be on the cards in the Atomic Repo please? The manual installation instructions are a bit overwhelming, and I'd be a little afraid of leaving something vial out that might compromise the system in one way or another. RPM packages for Sagator are already available and actively ma...

What do you exactly find complex or annoying?
Do you mean their ugly config file?

Re: AV/AS solutions for Plesk, Centos 7 and Postfix
Have had no issues with amavisd-new (from EPEL) on EL 7 with and without Plesk. I do recommend not to use the Atomic repo, and stick with EPEL, also for ClamAV.

Re: MariaDB galera cluster fail during dump or optimize
wsrep_replicate_myisam=1 Are you sure? As soon as I turn wsrep_on=ON into wsrep_on=OFF and restart the server the optimize and dump job run fine. That's most likely because OPTIMIZE statements will also get replicated over the cluster, thus causing potential significant performance degradat...

Re: [line "309"] [id "350147"]
You should probably contact your hosting provider if you want this resolved. They can change or disable the mod_security rule for your web application. The rule in question is part of the 'basic' rule set created by Atomicorp and distributed by Plesk (http://www.plesk.com). Your hosting provider is ...

It looks like the topic starter is talking about your Atomicorp basic rule set for mod_security included in Plesk.

Re: Modsecurity basi rules fails to update on plesk 12.5 and
Word from Odin: We just got information from Atomic that fresh Plesk ruleset is available and it can be updated by one of the following ways: /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php UpdateModSecurityRuleSet `aum -u` Afterwards, in order to remove ...

Re: PHP 5.6.16
I know this may be seen as blasphemy on this forums, but there are way more reliable repositories available.
I'd recommend checking out IUS (https://ius.io) or Remi (http://rpms.remirepo.net) if you want to deviate from the stock PHP packages on a RHEL/CentOS system.

Re: CloudFlare
Do I still have the same level of protection with CloudFlare as I would have on my hosting server using ASL? There is some overlap in the protection offered by the CloudFlare Web Application Firewall and the ASL Web Application Firewall. However, ASL is much more than the WAF alone, and the ASL WAF...

Re: OpenVAS package broken - missing dependency
No, don't do that. That is an EL 6 package, not EL7. Also, the package is out-dated and from an unofficial repo that doesn't exist anymore.srak wrote:You can try this, quick and dirty.
I have the same problem and manage to work it out, that way.
