Cant install repo on Centos 5

Hi, I am trying to install the repo and I get as far as hitting yes, but nothing ever gets written to the repos.d folder. Cent OS 5

if atomic-release was already installed, it wont be able to add it again

This is odd, I don't see anything on the yum.repos.d folder. By the way, this is Centos 5 server with Plesk 10.4.4 Update #36

Whats the full output from the installer, please include the full command and shell prompt.
