Non Plesk Server - repo use

where are the directions located now that showed how to add the atomic repo's to a non-plesk server. I have a internal server running centos 6.4 that I want to have using the atomic repos's like my plesk boxes do for non-plesk packages.

Plesk or no Plesk, this installs the atomic yum repo:
