Upgrade from Free Trial

I'm currently running the free trial of your madsec rules that expire soon. What's the easiest process of upgrading to the paid version and making sure these rules continue to work? Is it as simple as logging in and paying?

Exactly, you wont need to make any other changes other than adding the subscription to the existing account.
