I can't update with cpanel easy apache

ModSecurity: WARNING Using transformations in SecDefaultAction is deprecated (/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec/10_asl_rules.conf:36).
Syntax error on line 239 of /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec/10_asl_rules.conf:
ModSecurity: Found another rule with the same id

What is the solution :?

Sounds like your rules are out of date. Make sure you have the latest rules installed.

When I uncheck the mod security and build

Then check the mod security and use easyapache to build

Should'nt the new mod secuirty installation fix this?

No. That will not keep your modsecurity rules up to date. This error means your rules themselves are out of date. That error can only occur if you are using rules that do not work with that version of modsecurity, and that can only happen if your rules are out of date. And they sound like they are very out of date, as those are 2.6.x only rules, and we started putting out 2.7.x compatible rule months ago.

Cpanel does not keep your rules up to date. You need to keep them up to date, either through your own actions, or you need to install something to keep the rules up to date automatically, for example ASL will keep your rules up to date.

I will be glad to contribute but that is a little costly now for me
Do you have a cheaper option?
