I'm running Plesk 10.3.1, Centos 5,7 x64
But if someone create a domain or subdomain or ssl or update there hosting account.
Then /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng won't update or restart apache it just hanging in processlist!
root 7144 0.0 0.0 46456 716 ? Ss 14:40 29:52 /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --restart --restart-interval 999999 --http-port 80 --https-port 443
If i restart httpd by my self then it fix the changes.
The process wil just hang!
I can't find anything in de logs it just hangs and won't restart apache.
And when i do a strace on the process i only get this:
/usr/bin/strace -fF -p 7144
Process 7144 attached - interrupt to quit
restart_syscall(<... resuming interrupted call ...>

I forgot to say that the server settings apache interval showing 0 not 9999999 in plesk panel.
But i have succesfully fixed it:
The cause of the issue. the websrvmng is completely broken.
To fix the issue, I have followed the below steps.
[root@xxxxxx ~]# rpm -qf /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng
plesk-core-10.12.0-cos5.build1012110629.18
After that I have tried to reinstalled the "pleskcore package". Refer below.
[root@xxxxx ~]# wget http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_10.3.1 ... x86_64.rpm
