CPanel Clam conflicts with installed Clamd

I have 2 servers that will not upgrade because of a clamd conflict with ASL.

[2019-08-23 11:47:06 -0500] ***** FATAL: Test install failed: file /etc/rc.d/init.d/clamd from install of cpanel-clamav-0.101.3-1.cp1180.x86_64 conflicts with file from package clamd-0.101.3-8575.el6.art.x86_64
[2019-08-23 11:47:06 -0500] The Administrator will be notified to review this output when this script completes
[2019-08-23 11:47:06 -0500] ***** FATAL: Error testing if the RPMs will install: Test install failed: file /etc/rc.d/init.d/clamd from install of cpanel-clamav-0.101.3-1.cp1180.x86_64 conflicts with file from package clamd-0.101.3-8575.el6.art.x86_64
I do NOT have ClamAV installed as a plugin on the either server, I have also tried to add an exclude and still no luck.
If I try and remove clam it removes ASL Web
Any help would be appreciated.
