Hello,
I created a reseller account which I assigned a different IP address of the primary IP address of the server,
Unfortunately, the site is down, I would like to know if the ASL Firewall blocks port 80 listening on other server IP addresses (other than the primary address of the server)?

It doesn't. At least not by default.

You can view the currently active firewall rules by running service iptables status (or iptables -L -n).

Finally, I solved the problem, blocking IP addresses was due to Nginx.
I uninstalled Nginx which had the effect of resolving the problem.
