XEN or KVM Virtualization

We bought a new machine:
1 x HP ProLiant DL 380p Gen 8 E5-2650v2 25SFFEU Server
6 x HP 16GB 2Rx4 PC3-14900R-13 Kit
24 x HP 300GB 6G 15K rpm SFF (2.5-inch) SC Enterprise.
1 x HP 100GB 6G SATA ME (2.5-inch) Solid State Disk (SSD)
we use smartcaching on this machine.
We like to create VM's on this machine with plesk licenses on every VM
Now we like to know what Virtualization you think is the best choose to use on this machine?
XEN or KVM Virtualization?
