asl-firewall

Hello,

asl-firewall is blokking the tls ports for proftpd.
if i stop the firewall we can use secured proftpd but when i enable the firewall we can't login

[16:18:35] [R] 425 Unable to build data connection: Connection timed out

How to add these rules? to use proftd secured connection
