GEO Block domain

Unread post by seriouslycr8ive »

I've been having constant attacks from China on one of the domains on my server. GEO blocking China has fixed the problem but they were actually only attacking one domain, is there a way to block for just one domain OR can I unblock for just one domain? I have a domain that does need to communicate with China.

It's not possible directly using ASL, but you may have success using mod_geoip[1][2] together with the GeoIP.dat[3] from ASL.

[1] Module documentation at http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/mod_geoip2/
[2] RPM package 'mod_geoip' is provided via the EPEL yum channel.
[3] /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIP.dat (from the package 'GeoIP')
