cl-mysql-meta repository conflict in asl installation

cl-mysql-meta repository conflict in asl installation

Hello,
I try to install ASL on one of our new servers and I receive the following error:
WARNING: 3rd party yum repositories could conflict during ASL configuration.
The following repositories were detected:
cl-mysql-meta

This repository allows the installation of mysql-governor (CloudLinux).
Do you think I can proceed with the installation or I have to disable this repository?
and most important, reactivating the deposit in the future, you do not it may create conflicts when updates to ASL?

Server information:
OS: CLOUDLINUX 6.6 x86_64 standard
mysql-governor installed
cPanel version: WHM 11.46.0 (build 21)
