Kernel Question

Unread post by Imaging »

Kernel 3.2.68-77.art is showing on our boxes.

We aren't seeing the related kmod-xtables-addons and xtables-addons packages that we typically see associated with new kernels on our CentOS 5.x boxes (said packages are showing on CentOS 6.x).

Are those available for 5.x?

Thanks.

Not for el5 or el7 as of yet. Those are still in the works, primarily this update is to add support for new hardware drivers on storage arrays. Probably not the kind of thing that matters much on el5 systems. Unless you're installing new el5 systems on new hardware.... which would be weird :P
