GeoIP2 support

Does ASL support GeoIP2 commercial version?

The only component that directly uses geoip now is the OSSEC package's reporting system. Internally we use our own GeoIP db.

That said when I looked into the geoip2 stuff it looks a lot more compelling than the legacy GeoIP database. From what I've read so far they have regional location data, and mappings for netblocks that map to multiple countries. So its definitely something we're looking into, perhaps available with basic support in the next release.
