Unable to Access ASL Control Panel

Unread post by CRServers »

Hello to all,

We just realized that for some reason we are unable to access our ASL CP today. :(

When we try to access using our usual https://our_domain.com:30000/ it is returning:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache Server at iwx21.crservers.com Port 30000
We have tried from different locations and different IP's and the same thing happens

We do not know what caused thing as nothing has been changed.
How can we get the system to start operation normally again?

Thanks for all the help.
Regards,
Rodrigo Fernández

That generally means someone/something removed the GUI from the system. What happens if you re-run the installer to repair it?

Nothing.

I ran "asl -s -f" and the procedure ended successfully but it did not fix the problem :(

What command should I run instead?

Thanks and regards,

If someone/something has removed some/all of the GUI, re-run the installer to repair your installation:

wget -q -O - https://updates.atomicorp.com/installers/asl |sh

(No need to uninstall, its safe to re-run the installer)
